Job Description for Architect at Kodai Construction
- Create intricate three-dimensional models, lifelike renderings, and walkthrough animations.
- Use applications like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3ds Max to create deliverables.
- Incorporate comments and make changes to suit project requirements.
- Ensure that visual deliverables fulfill quality requirements and project timelines.
- Create 2D drawings and other images using architecture plans and sketches.
- Collaborate with architects and design teams to ensure visuals are consistent with project objectives.
- Report to the Chief Architect of Kodai Construction.
Qualifications
- BSc / HND / Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Visualization or related field.
- At least 3 years work experience in Architectural Visualization preferably within the real estate development industry.
- Strong portfolio of completed projects.
Salary
The average salary for this job role is between N300,000 – N450,000 monthly.
