About the Role
A Cybersecurity Analyst who knows a lot about Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and loves teaching others is what Thelix Holdings are looking for. As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will be multitasking, you will be helping our clients manage cybersecurity risks and also helping to train and create future professionals through our educational programs.

Key Responsibilities for Cyber Security Analyst – GRC & Training Specialist at Thelix Holdings.
GRC & Cybersecurity Responsibilities:
- Implement and administer cybersecurity policies, standards, and processes that are consistent with industry frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR.
- Conduct risk assessments, gap analyses, compliance audits, and third-party vendor evaluations.
- Help customers develop policies, standards, and procedures to meet compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that security operations and compliance goals are aligned.
- Maintain and support incident response and business continuity plans.
- Prepare and present reports to internal stakeholders and clients.
Training and Mentorship Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver compelling GRC and cybersecurity training courses, workshops, and webinars.
- Instruct students and early-career professionals on security best practices.
- Collaborate with curriculum designers to improve training materials and laboratory tasks.
- Keep up with the newest security trends and translate them into instructive content.
Qualifications & Skills
Must-Have:
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with an emphasis on GRC.
- Strong awareness of risk management principles and regulatory compliance norms.
- Prior experience providing cybersecurity or GRC training (formal or informal).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in public speaking, webinars, and technical writing.
- Ability to make complex issues understandable to a wide range of audiences.
Preferred:
- Industry certifications include CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, ISO 27001 LA, and others.
- Practical familiarity with GRC products and platforms (e.g., RSA Archer, ServiceNow GRC, LogicGate).
- Experience in instructional design or adult learning methodologies.
- Background in security evaluations, audits, and policy formulation.
