Qualifications And Experience Required For The Positions
1.LECTURER II CONPCASS 04 – (ICT, Nutrition, Microbiology, Pharmacology, Sociology / Psychology)
- A candidate must possess a good Bachelor’s Degree (minimum of second-class lower division) and a minimum of six (6) years Post Masters teaching / research experience
- At least one journal article accepted for publication and two conference / seminar papers.
- NYSC discharge certificate or Exemption Letter.
2. LECTURER III CONPCASS 03 – (ICT, Nutrition, Microbiology, Pharmacology, Sociology / Psychology)
- A candidate must possess a good Bachelor’s Degree (minimum of second-class lower division) and Masters’ degree in relevant discipline including the following:
- A minimum of three (3) years Post Masters teaching / research experience
- At least one conference / seminar paper accepted for publication
- NYSC discharge certificate or Exemption Letter.
3. ASSISTANT LECTURER CONPCASS 02 – (Nursing Lecturer)
- A candidate must possess a good Bachelor’s Degree (minimum of second-class lower division) in
- Nursing / Midwifery including the following:
- Registered and licensed by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) to practice.
- A minimum of three (3) years teaching / research experience
- Must be registered with the NMCN as an educator (RNE).
- NYSC discharge certificate or Exemption Letter.
4. ASSISTANT LECTURER CONPCASS 02 – (Midwifery Lecturer)
A candidate must possess a good Bachelor’s Degree (minimum of second-class lower division) in Nursing / Midwifery including the following:
- Registered and licensed by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) to practice.
- A minimum of three (3) years teaching / research experience
- Must be registered with the NMCN as an educator (RME).
- NYSC discharge certificate or Exemption Letter.
5. ASSISTANT LECTURER CONPCASS 02 – (Public Health Nursing Lecturer)
A candidate must possess a good Bachelor’s Degree (minimum of second-class lower division) in Nursing / Midwifery including the following:
- Registered and licensed by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) to practice.
- A minimum of three (3) years teaching / research experience
- Must be registered with the NMCN as an public health nursing educator (RPHNE)
- NYSC discharge certificate or Exemption Letter.
6. PRINCIPAL NURSING OFFICER II CONHESS 12
A candidate must possess a good Bachelor’s Degree (minimum of second-class lower division) in Nursing including the following:
- Registered and licensed by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) to practice.
- A minimum of nine (9) years clinical experience.
- NYSC discharge certificate or Exemption Letter.
7. NURSING OFFICER I CONHESS 09 – (Clinical Instructor)
A candidate must possess a good Bachelor’s Degree (minimum of second-class lower division) in Nursing including the following:
- Registered and licensed by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) to practice.
- A minimum of three (3) years clinical experience.
- NYSC discharge certificate or Exemption Letter.
8. CHIEF SECURITY OFFICER (CSO)
A candidate must possess a good Bachelor’s Degree / HND (minimum of second-class lower division) and a Master’ degree in Criminology or a relevant discipline including the following:
Must have served as Chief Security Officer (CSO) in reputable organization
Obtained relevant training in Security Service plus 15 years cognate experience.
A retired senior Police Officer from a Federal Security Agency with a rank not below the equivalent of an Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP)
9. PRINCIPAL LEGAL OFFICER GRADE LEVEL 12
The Legal Officer shall possess the following qualifications:
- Candidates should possess a minimum of LLB and 5 years work experience as a legal officer.
- Associateship or Fellowship of a recognized institute of Legal Practitioners.
- Applicants must be able to draw up contract and attend to court proceedings and liaise with statutory bodies and law enforcement agencies.
- Applicants shall be professionals in the aforementioned fields and duly certified and/or registered by their regulatory bodies to practice in such specialties and holders of current practicing license(s).
- NYSC discharge certificate or Exemption Letter.
10.SENIOR ACCOUNTANT CONTEDISS 11
A candidate must possess a good Bachelor’s Degree (minimum of second-class lower division) in Accountancy including the following:
- Must have ICAN or ANAN
- Must have a minimum of 6 years post cognate experience in an accounting related role.
- NYSC discharge certificate or Exemption Letter.
11. ELECTRICAL ENGINEER CONTEDISS 08
A candidate must possess a good Bachelor’s Degree / Higher National Diploma in electrical engineering including the following:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years cognate experience in a technical related role.
- Membership of a recognized relevant professional body (e.g COREN, SURCON is mandatory)
- NYSC discharge certificate or Exemption Letter.
12. CIVIL ENGINEER CONTEDISS 08
A candidate must possess a good Bachelor’s Degree / Higher National Diploma in civil engineering including the following:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years cognate experience in a technical related role.
- Membership of a recognized relevant professional body (e.g COREN, SURCON is mandatory)

13.PUBLIC RELATION OFFICER CONTEDISS 08
A candidate must possess a good Bachelor’s Degree (minimum of second-class lower division) in Public Relations, Journalism, Mass Communication or related fields and including the following:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years cognate experience in writing, editing, public speaking at presentation, manage corporate events, etc.
- Prior experience with social media, PR campaign and Media Management.
- Membership of professional bodies will be an advantage
- NYSC discharge certificate or Exemption Letter.
14. TECHNOLOGIST II CONPCASS 02
A candidate must possess a good Bachelor’s Degree / Higher National Diploma in science laboratory technology including the following:
- A minimum of three (3) years post cognate experience as a lab technologist.
- Professionals in a certified and/or registered by their regulatory bodies to practice in such specialties and holders of current practicing license
