Max Drive is seeking applications of interested and qualified individuals for the position of Fleet Officer Quality Control at their Sango-ota office.
Within the scope of your duties as a Fleet Officer Quality Control in Max Drive, you will be responsible
for the conduct of vehicle inspections prior to maintenance in order to determine the extent of the repairs that need to be made, and following up on the process of repair in order to guarantee that spare parts that have been designated for maintenance work are employed in an acceptable manner.

Duties and Responsibilities
Documentation:
- Provide evidence of pre- and post-inspection for vehicles.
Vehicle Maintenance:
- Test vehicles before maintenance to determine the extent of repair to be performed.
- Follow up on the repair procedure to ensure that spare parts acceptable for maintenance operations are used properly.
- Collaborate with the vehicle maintenance manager to improve checklists and maintenance procedures.
- Visit authorized service workshops regularly to ensure that maintenance work is completed by MAX protocols and standards.
- Inspect/test vehicles after maintenance to confirm that necessary repairs are completed.
Vehicle refurbishment:
- Support the assessment of cars using the pre-assessment checklist before refurbishment is carried out to determine the extent of damage.
- Inspect spare parts that will be used for refurbishing purposes to confirm they meet the standards.
- Inspect and test vehicles after refurbishment using the post-assessment checklist to ensure they are refurbished to defined criteria.
- Educate technicians on maintenance best practices.
Administrative Function:
- Ensure that job cards are completed for all vehicles coming into the facility for maintenance or refurbishment. Conduct frequent training of technicians.
Requirements
Skills and Ability:
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and oral.
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles and methods
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong understanding of fleet management.
- Critical and analytical thinking.
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail
- Confidence and thoroughness
Required Qualifications:
- The minimum requirement is an OND in any engineering discipline. Mechanical engineering is preferred.
- Two years of relevant experience as a vehicle technician or two years of fleet management.
- Proficiency in riding two- and three-wheelers.
