Responsibilities of Full Stack Engineer at Prometheum
- Working with technical leadership and other developers to integrate custody, compliance, operations, and post-trade settlement systems into our NodeJS-based backend architecture.
- You will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to interface with blockchain systems and APIs.
Qualifications:-
- 7+ years of engineering experience, including frontend and backend.
- Extensive familiarity with NodeJS, common packages, architectures
- Strong TypeScript expertise for NodeJS and frontend programming, resulting in increased type safety and code dependability.
- Experience developing, maintaining, and growing APIs using REST.
- Understanding GraphQL and creating efficient queries/mutations. Experience developing tool chain apps, agents, services, server and client applications in NodeJS or a comparable framework
- Working with a variety of databases, SQL, and other storage systems in NodeJS requires extensive experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience working in an Agile environment and experience with tools like Jira, Trello, and Confluence.
- A solid track record of designing interfaces using ReactJS, and are fluent in front-end languages (HTML, CSS, and Javascript).
- Experience building and developing microservices architectures, particularly for complex systems.
- Basic awareness of essential design principles, including responsive and adaptive design.
- Write clean, tested code, and document your work for others.
- Proficient understanding of client-side JavaScript frameworks, including lodash and underscore.
- Excellent expertise of testing technologies such as Jest or Mocha
- A thorough awareness of cross-browser compatibility concerns and how to deal with them
- Proficient understanding of code versioning technologies, particularly Git.
