About 2025 Future-X Unilever Campus Ambassadors Program (FUCAP)

Opportunities for job experience are being made available to graduates and undergraduates alike through the Future-X Unilever Campus Ambassadors Program that is being offered by Unilever Nigeria.  

There are several different industries that Unilever Nigeria operates in, including Personal Care and Nutrition, making it one of the most successful Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) firms in Nigeria.  

Unilever Nigeria is the producer of Closeup, Vaseline, Knorr and many other consumer goods in the market.

This internship comes with a monthly Gross Stipend amount of NGN 90,000.

Main Responsibilities

  • Regularly examine pending bills, keep track of payment due dates, and identify potential late payments.
  • Communicate with all key stakeholders about customer account difficulties.
  • Implement debt collection techniques, such as reminders, follow-up calls, and possible collaboration with collection agencies.
  • Ensure that payments received are accurately reconciled to invoices, and any inconsistencies are resolved.
  • Keep accurate records of customer payments and collection activities.
  • Create and deliver periodic reports on outstanding debts, collection performance, and credit risk.
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of credit control rules and processes.
  • Identify and minimize credit risks through the implementation of appropriate credit management methods.
  • Monitor the Customer Bank Guarantee process.
  •  Ensuring effective cash management and incentive processes.

 Required Qualifications And Skills

  •  Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a similar profession.
  •  Must be serving or have completed NYSC.
  •  Strong financial and analytical skills.
  •  Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  •  Knowledge of Accounts Receivable.
  •  Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  •  Effective stakeholder management capabilities.
  •  Excellent time management and organizing skills.
  •  Able to prioritize projects and fulfill deadlines.
  •  Available to work full-time for one year.
