A Service Delivery Manager will ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes both short and long-term revenue, profit, and cash collection opportunities. You will play an important role for our Pressure Pumping team. You will ensure perfect completion, on-time delivery, contract adherence, and cash collection for the given works.

Responsibilities of Service Delivery Manager – Pressure Pumping at Baker Hughes
- Ensure that all activities adhere to our non-negotiables and cultural pillars.
- Collaborating with sales/communications teams and directly interacting with customers in the designated area to understand the activity prediction (volume and complexity).
- Ensure faultless execution and on-time delivery by allocating suitable resources based on the volume and complexity of expected activity, as well as formulating quality plans in accordance with our job cycle methodology.
- Managing the project budget for the given area, client change requests, and overall profitability of the company.
- Developing the team in accordance with competency and training programs for their specific positions, as well as future career goals.
- Having substantial expertise managing the tender process from pre-qualification to award, as well as overseeing the budget and profit/loss for the area of responsibility.
- Leading compliance by ensuring adherence to HSE rules and operational excellence in areas such as integrity and controllership.
Qualification
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in a comparable field or demonstrate equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrate experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams in a worldwide matrix.
- Be a motivated self-starter who takes the initiative to lead and solve difficulties.
- Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities, as well as the capacity to influence and lead teams.
- Have the right network within the OIC to accomplish established revenue targets.
- Have experience with oilfield chemical sales, applications, and treatment.
- Have extensive understanding about bottle testing and laboratory test reporting.
- Have substantial experience with bottle testing and laboratory test reporting.
- Possess good interpersonal, communication, influencing, presentation, and facilitation skills
