POSITION: SUPERVISOR-(CREAM/LOTION)
Duties & Responsibilities:of Supervisor-(Cream/Lotion)
- Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience with good understanding of the following:
- Batch processes and panel operations
- Weighing or measuring materials or product to ensure conformance to requirement or batch Engineering.
- Filling machine with auto slicking, capping and Shrink wrapping
- Testing of materials or products
- Liaising with Laboratory to ensure quality of products is maintained
- Team leadership to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc / HND IN Chemical Engineering, Production Management or related field
- Age:Â Not more than 40 years
POSITION: SUPERVISOR – PROCESS PLANT
Duties & Responsibilities:of Supervisor – Process Plant
- The candidate must have minimum experience of 5 years in a similar industry and be able to demonstrate the following:
- Clear understanding of operational details, calibration/Adjustments, sizes, change overs maintenance details and schedules.
- Uploading to storage tanks
- Provides maintenance schedule and ensure they are carried out when due and fully documented.
- Maintain a minimum of 85% efficiency in all machines
Qualifications:
- HND/B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering, Production, Chemistry or Applied Science
- Age:Â Not more than 40 years
POSITION: MAINTENANCE ENGINEERS
Duties & Responsibilities:of Maintenance Engineers
- The candidate must have minimum experience of 4 years in a similar industry and be able to demonstrate knowledge of the following:
- Maintenance activities from batch making to packing line
- Preventive maintenance activities
- Maintaining utility / effluent equipment
- Calibrations of equipments
- Provides maintenance schedule and ensure they are carried out when due and fully documented.
- Maintain a minimum of 85% efficiency in all machines
Qualifications:
- HND/B.Sc. in Electrical / Electronic / Instrument Engineering
- Age:Â Not more than 40 years
POSITION: MACHINE OPERATORS
Duties & Responsibilities:of Machine Operators
The candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience and should be able to operate and maintain of one of the following machines:
- Mixing
- Bottle Arranging
- Filling
- Labelling
- Utility
Qualifications:
- Trade Test or OND with 3 years of experience in a similar industry
- Age:Â Not more than 35 years
POSITION: QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER
The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar industry and be able to demonstrate knowledge of the following:
Duties & Responsibilities:of Quality Assurance Officer
- Product Quality
- Maintaining quality through quality assurance and control methods
- Checking up on batch Rms / sequence in the plant
- Incoming Raw Material / Packaging analysis
- In-process, Finished product analysis, and on-line quality checks
- Following up on Raw Material expiry in the warehouse
- Maintain Lab equipment neatly
- Calibration of equipment/glass wares and recording
- ISO activities
- Market sample analysis and create a database
- Market complaints on products and root cause analysis
- Vendor development/test sample evaluation
- New test methods and training for lab personnel
- Follow up of NAFDAC / SON / Government Regulatory Agencies
Qualifications:
- B.Sc / HND in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering or Laboratory Science.

POSITION: LAB CHEMIST
Duties & Responsibilities:of Lab Chemist
The Candidate must have at least 4 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry and an understanding of the:
- Collection of Raw Materials, PM in process, and Finished Goods
- Analysis of RM, PM/IP/FG, and maintenance records
- On-line inspection and check quality in all aspects
- Clearance of RM/PM/ FG based on standard specs
- Conforming quality standards
- Clean maintenance of the Lab
- Calibration of equipment
- Adhere to safety while handling hazardous chemicals.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc / HND in Chemistry in a similar industry
- Age:Â Not more than 35 year revision
