Job Summary
For the purpose of expanding our team, we are looking for Dispatch Riders that are both eager and reliable. It is the responsibility of the ideal applicant to ensure that food orders are delivered in a secure and timely manner, ensuring that clients receive their meals in pristine shape. You are the perfect candidate for this position if you have a good attitude, a dedication to providing outstanding service, and a strong desire to operate in an environment that is fraught with activity.
Key Responsibilities for Dispatch Riders at Eat ‘N’ Go Limited
- Deliver meal orders to customers in a timely and professional manner to ensure their happiness.
- Ensure that deliveries are accurate, include the necessary supplies, and arrive on schedule.
- Maintain a clean and orderly truck, always ready for the next delivery.
- Keep accurate delivery records, including client feedback and any concerns that arise during the delivery process.
- Report any mechanical problems with the vehicle to management right once.
- Provide exceptional customer service by remaining kind, professional, and helpful.
- To guarantee a safe working environment, comply with all safety standards and traffic laws.
- Assist with other jobs as needed, such as refilling supplies or conducting errands for the team.
Qualifications
- SSCE, HND or BSC
