Job Role
As a Front End Developer at Plaude, you will be in charge of designing, creating, and implementing user-facing features on our websites and applications. This position is totally remote and runs during EST working hours.
Responsibilities of Front-End Developer at Plaude
- Work with cross-functional teams to better understand and translate project requirements into technical specifications.
- Create and deploy high-quality, responsive, and performant front-end code utilizing the Flutter, Dart, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks, with a focus on Flutter for mobile app development.
- Ensure that UI/UX designs are technically feasible, and optimize apps for optimal speed and scalability.
- Thoroughly test and debug front-end programs to provide a seamless user experience.
- Optimize programs for speed and scalability.
- Work with the design team to verify technical feasibility and intuitive user interfaces.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to connect APIs and ensure flawless end-to-end functionality.
- Participate in code reviews, design debates, and group brainstorming sessions.
- Stay up to date on the newest front-end development trends and technologies, such as Flutter, and suggest ways to improve user experience.
Requirements for Front-End Developer at Plaude
- 3-5 years of established professional experience as a Front End Developer, with strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills, as well as expertise developing mobile applications with Flutter.
- Experience working on a financial technology product is advantageous.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, with the ability to adapt these talents to Flutter development.
- A thorough understanding of responsive web design concepts and best practices, as well as expertise in mobile app development best practices and Flutter design patterns.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and their integration into Flutter applications, as well as experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience creating and delivering mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms with Flutter.
- In Flutter, be familiar with native device features and APIs such as the camera, geolocation, and push notifications.
- Knowledge of Flutter’s state management libraries, such as Provider and Bloc.
- Understanding Flutter’s mobile app performance optimization strategies.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating them into Flutter applications.
- The ability to debug and address bugs with Flutter applications on a variety of devices and screen sizes.
- Understanding of mobile app development best practices and design patterns in Flutter.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and remote cooperation.
