Key Purpose

The Process Artisan will be responsible for process optimization on the packaging line, ensuring that plant equipment operates at peak efficiency to deliver productivity, quality, and safety targets.

Key roles and responsibilities

  • Maintaining, repairing and optimizing plant equipment and associated devices
  • Operating and monitoring equipment when required
  • Optimizing plant performance in terms of productivity, quality, delivery, cost and safety
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy working environment
  • Applying the Manufacturing Way Principles and Practices
  • Applying problem solving processes

Profile

  • Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in Electrical field.
  • Minimum Advanced Certificate in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in Manufacturing
  • Ability to communicate well
  • Must be a team player
  • Ability to adhere to instructions, work in shifts with minimum supervision and action oriented
  • Sober mind, self-starter, physically fit and honest
