United Nigeria Airlines is a 100% Nigerian company formed under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990 with the Corporate Affairs Commission to engage in the business of commercial air transportation under the trade name United Nigeria.
The airline was established in 2020 and was soon granted an Air Operator’s Certificate by the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) and launched operations on February 12, 2021 with a route from Lagos to Enugu as its debut flight. That symbolic take-off has today blossomed into a burgeoning aviation business set to change Nigeria’s status in regional air transport.
Based in Enugu, the airline serves internal routes to 16 Nigerian states with a fleet of 10 aircraft. United Nigeria Airlines has been granted International Air Transport Association (IATA) membership and IOSA certification within two years of operations.
The airline, with IATA code U5 and ICAO code UNA, is committed to providing a pleasant travel experience to its passengers.
Job Summary
To support and manage the relationship between the airline and accredited travel agents, ensure efficient handling of agency requests, provide sales support, resolve ticketing and booking issues, and ensure compliance with airline policies.
The role enhances agency performance, drives revenue, and supports overall sales targets.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Travel Agent Support & Relationship Management

| 2 | Assist travel agents with bookings, ticket issuance, reissuance, refunds guidance, EMDs, fare rules, and schedule changes |
| 3 | Provide timely updates to travel agents on new policies, promos, schedules, and fare changes |
| 4 | Strengthen partnerships to maximize sales from the agency channel |
2. Ticketing & Reservations Assistance

3. Sales Support & Revenue Growth

Experience & Qualifications
Educational Requirement
- HND / B.Sc. in any relevant field (Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, etc.)
Experience
- 1 – 3 years experience in ticketing, travel agency operations, or airline commercial roles
Certification
- IATA Ticketing & Fares certification is an added advantage
