Job Description
- We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Vice Principal Administrator to join our educational institution in Benin City, Nigeria. Â
- The ideal candidate will play an important role in assisting the Principal in monitoring the school’s administrative operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day running, and contributing to the overall success of our students and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Help the Principal create and administer school policies, procedures, and strategic plans.
- Oversee and manage administrative staff to ensure efficient operations in all departments.
- Coordinate and supervise student disciplinary procedures, including attendance management.
- Manage the school budget, financial planning, and resource distribution.
- Collaborate with teachers and department heads to improve curriculum and instructional techniques.
- Facilitate professional development initiatives for employees and instructors.
- Comply with local and national educational norms and policies.
- Assist with the recruitment, hiring, and evaluation of teaching and non-teaching personnel.
- Implement and monitor school safety and emergency procedures.
Qualifications for Vice Principal Admin
- Â A bachelor’s or master’s degree in education administration or a comparable subject.
- Â A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in educational administration
- Â Prior experience as a teacher or in a similar leadership position
- Â Demonstrates strong leadership and management skills, motivating and guiding workers, as well as exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Â Proficient in school administration software and technology.
- Â Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as expertise in budget administration and financial planning, are essential for productive interactions with students and staff.Â
