- At least a completed bachelor’s degree (ideally in Industrial Engineering and Management, Technology, or Supply Chain Management).

About the Supply Chain & Operations Traineeship
As a Supply Chain & Operations trainee, you will collaborate with teams to constantly enhance organizational, technological, and analytical processes, ensuring that the right products are delivered to the right places at the right time—and at the right price.
This three-year curriculum allows you to fully develop your leadership and technical skills through various professions.
You could become a Team Leader in the packaging department, a Demand Planner at our corporate headquarters, or a Manager Planning at one of our manufacturing facilities.
After completing two demanding tasks, you will have all of the necessary tools and managerial skills for your future profession.
In your first year, you will join one of our production sites and begin your journey in the operational environment.
During the first three months, you will get to know the location by working shifts.
