2026 NYSC HR Intern Review
Are you a recent college graduate who doesn’t know much about being a recruiting consultant but has a history of getting candidates hired and a lot of industry knowledge from working in a recruitment agency?

We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented professional who can manage recruitment efforts well and also provide HR support to make sure that everything runs smoothly with people..

Key Responsibilities:
- Support in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from role briefing to candidate placement
- Assist to source, screen and shortlist qualified candidates using various recruitment channels
- Assist to conduct candidate interviews and assessments
- Assist to build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and talent pools
- Coordinate interview schedules for candidates
- Support in providing high-quality candidate delivery within agreed timelines
- Provide HR support duties with HR administrative processes and documentation
- Assist with onboarding and induction coordination for new hires
- Maintain accurate employee and candidate records
- Support HR with policy implementation, compliance, training and internal HR processes
- Assist with preparation of HR reports and recruitment metrics
Requirements
- Current NYSC member
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or social science related discipline
- Ability to source and deliver quality candidates
- Good understanding of HR processes and HR administrative support
- Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
