Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, process invoices, and reconcile balances.
- Monitor and account for inventory levels, ensuring accurate valuation and cost control.
- Track daily and monthly sales performance and assist in cash flow management.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses against forecasts.
- Prepare financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Ensure tax compliance and assist with audits.
- Liaise with vendors and customers on financial issues.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 year+ of accounting experience.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, or any ERP system used in accounts.
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to handle large datasets.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, ICAN) .
