Job Description
The Area Business Manager (ABM) will directly supervise a minimum of 5 Territory Sales Executives and assist other FTEs within the business area in reaching business area goals and objectives across all business channels, including Retail, Partnership, PAYGO, and Collections.

- Oversee and manage the business revenue of all channels as well as the operational activities of the full business area covered (A-Z area management).
- Oversees EC onboarding and administration with TSE assistance.
- Drives customer retention.
- Directly supporting, supervising, and managing full-time employees in various areas of coverage.
- Provided training to full-time employees (TSEs) and contract personnel (SEPs and ECs) across business areas.
- Responsible for channel development, management, and TOMA across business areas.
- Managing delinquencies.
- Managed business partners, drove ROI, and generated new commercial prospects for the organization.
- Help HR recommend qualified individuals to fill resource gaps.
