Job Description
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a skilled Back-End Developer to design, develop, and maintain server-side applications and systems.
- The role involves building scalable and secure backend solutions, managing databases, and ensuring seamless integration with front-end applications.
- Back-End Developers are responsible for creating the infrastructure that powers web and mobile applications, ensuring reliability, performance, and data integrity.
Key Result Areas
- Develop and maintain server-side logic and application components
- Design, implement, and manage databases and data storage systems
- Build and maintain APIs (RESTful / GraphQL) for system integration.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend issues
- Implement security and data protection measures
- Optimize applications for speed and efficiency
- Conduct testing to ensure system functionality before and after deployment
- Provide technical documentation and updates to stakeholders
Job Requirements
Qualification and Experience:
- Proficiency in backend programming languages such as:

- Strong knowledge of database systems (SQL & NoSQL) [jobdayta.com]
- Experience with API development and integration [jobdayta.com]
- Understanding of server architecture and web application frameworks
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Experience with testing, debugging, and deployment processes
