Job Description

The Full‑Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end‑to‑end web and application solutions, covering both front‑end and back‑end components. The role involves building secure, scalable, and high‑performing systems, integrating applications with internal and external platforms, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver technology solutions that support business objectives

Key Result Areas (Key Responsibilities)

  • Front-End Development: Develop and maintain front‑end applications using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Back-End Development: Build and maintain robust back‑end services and APIs using Java, Node.js, Python, or .NET.
  • Database Management: Design, develop, and manage both SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • System Integration: Integrate applications seamlessly with internal banking systems and third‑party platforms using RESTful APIs.
  • Security & Scalability: Ensure application security, high performance, and scalability to meet banking industry standards.
  • Code Quality: Write clean, reusable, testable, and well‑documented code.
  • Testing & Debugging: Perform unit, integration, and system testing; troubleshoot, debug, and resolve system issues.
  • Collaboration: Participate in code reviews, team collaboration, and agile ceremonies.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices in the fintech space .

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

·        Proven experience as a Full‑Stack Developer

·        Strong knowledge of front‑end and back‑end development

·        Experience with RESTful APIs and system integrations

·        Knowledge of databases and version control tools (Git)

·        Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
