Key Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive examination of Cavista Holdings business procedures, financial data, and operational performance.
• Identify major areas for improvement and establish strategies to optimize company operations and maximize profitability across all portfolio companies.
• Perform data discovery, analysis, and financial modeling to assist valuation, forecasting and scenario planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, set project scope, and develop solutions to address business challenges.
• Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) efforts, including due diligence and integration planning.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and business cases to communicate findings and suggestions to upper management.
• Create and manage reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), company performance and identify trends.
• Support strategic planning initiatives and contribute to long-term business planning efforts at Cavista Holdings
• Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to promote innovation and competitive advantage.

Qualifications for Business Analyst at Cavista Holdings

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a similar discipline.  A master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, or similar function in a holding company or financial institution.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, finance, consulting, or a similar field.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to evaluate complicated data, do financial modeling, and generate actionable insights.
• Experience in business analytics in the IT, healthcare, fintech, hospitality, and agricultural industries is preferred.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and data visualization tools (such as Excel, Tableau, and Power BI).  Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence software.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively deliver results and suggestions to stakeholders at all levels of the group.
• Detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude to spotting commercial prospects.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic atmosphere where you can manage numerous projects at the same time.
• Knowledge of financial markets, investment techniques, and holding company business operations is advantageous.
