Job Description for Facility Officer at Filmhouse Cinemas

• Ensure that the work atmosphere is constantly clean and professional.
•  Ensure that the facility is fully operational, with all utilities working properly.
•  Conduct daily inspections to detect and resolve issues, ensuring a clean and safe work environment for employees.
•  Ensure the correct upkeep of firms’ assets (cars, houses, office appliances, equipment, etc.).
•  Coordinate and schedule equipment and building repairs, installations, and maintenance with vendors and necessary in-house personnel.
•  Manage unexpected facility maintenance, repair, and recovery as needed in the lowest amount of time.
•  Follow up on timelines to ensure regular services such as  generator 
•  Energy management: ensure that energy sources are managed properly, such as turning off lights, shutting off equipment, and using an inverter to the firm’s advantage.
•  Assist and arrange internal office and furniture movements.
•  Assist with specific office facility projects such as construction and remodeling, as well as vendor bidding processes. 
•  Ensure that essential facilities like water, sewer, and garbage are effectively maintained.
•  Prepare a weekly report on facility activity.
•  Maintain an up-to-date vendor list, negotiate prices, and reach agreements.
•  Monitor and ensure that agreed-upon work by employees or contractors is executed satisfactorily, and follow up on any defects.
•  Process vendor invoices.
•  Perform any other tasks that may be assigned.

Qualifications for Facility Officer at Filmhouse Cinemas

•  A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the same field.
•  Bachelor’s degree in one or more of the following:  Additional Information includes facility management, estate management, estate valuation, and other relevant fields of study.
