Job Specification for Commercial Analyst II at Oando Plc
- A first-class degree in numerate science-based disciplines, engineering, business/economics, mathematics, finance, or another relevant topic from a renowned university.
- MBA or Accounting/Financial Designations would be an added benefit.
- 3–5 years of related experience, such as business development, financial analysis, or asset management.
- Ability to work under pressure with little supervision.
- Excellent Presentation and Communication Skills
- Talented, with a great interest in business.
- A thorough understanding of petroleum economics.
- Proven proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
Major Responsibility Area for Commercial Analyst II at Oando Plc
- Monitor the changeable business environment and recommend process adjustments as needed to ensure the business’s long-term success.
- Assists with ensuring optimal performance in operational and cost control functions.
- Support commercial decision-making across projects, including commercial inputs into and negotiations of commercial agreements, pricing, contract operationalization, and so on.
- Assist in strategic planning by developing and implementing strategies to improve corporate performance.
- Prepare and present a detailed cost analysis (historical and forecast), benchmarked against industry and internal organizational targets.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to meet their analytical demands and promote company success.
