Job Overview

As a Direct Sales Agent/Executive at Fidelity Bank, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and acquiring new clients for the bank’s financial products and services
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients
  • Promoting a wide range of financial products and services
  • Conducting sales presentations
  • Managing customer inquiries
  • Meeting sales targets
  • Working closely with customer service and finance teams to ensure delivery of high-quality service

Qualifications and Requirements

Salary and Benefits

Fidelity Bank offers a competitive remuneration package for this role:

  • Monthly Salary: ₦115,000 – ₦126,000
  • Commission: Robust commission structure
  • HMO: Health maintenance organization coverage
  • Pension: Contributory pension scheme
  • 13th Month Allowance: Yes
