Job Summary
Procept Africa’s Management Trainee Program (PA-MTP) is designed to prepare young professionals from all disciplines for success in their chosen industry by providing quality training and certificates in several Best Practice frameworks.
The curriculum is primarily experiential, with an emphasis on acquiring meaningful and impactful skills.
It comprises core skills training, assignments and rotations, stretch projects, coaching, and mentoring to help you become globally competitive.
Our Graduate Trainees will specifically explore career niches and develop professional abilities, as well as get the opportunity to network and improve industry-specific talents.
You will be challenged with exercises that will help strengthen your abilities and build new ones. Your career journey will begin with an 18-month curriculum including- on-the-job training with Procept executives and partners, formal training sessions, job rotation and mentorship
Skills
Entrepreneurial, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, analytical, initiative, and interpersonal skills, good written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office suites (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint), and a desire to learn.

Qualifications:
- Fresh grads or graduates from any discipline.
- 0–2 years of post-qualification experience.
- Must have completed the NYSC program.
- Fluent in English.
