Job Description
- Design and implement a security program for the enterprise network.
- Ensure that all network devices are properly configured and monitored.
- Lead the implementation of defense-in-depth security for the company network, preventing unauthorized access to resources.
- Maintain redundancy in essential infrastructure components to provide high availability.
- Provide a framework for ongoing vulnerability analysis of systems and devices, with the goal of resolving any issues as they arise.
- Provide visibility and control over network traffic.
- Establish a framework for security. Incident response on the enterprise network.
- Set up an incident response team.
Qualifications for Team Lead, Networks & Communication at Procept Africa
- Strong analytical capabilities for assessing security scenarios.
- Understanding risk management principles and strategies for assessing and mitigating information security risks.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to tackling security issues and delivering effective solutions.
- A first-class degree in computer science or a related profession, as well as CCNA/CCNP/CCIE Security/CISSP certifications.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Security Engineer/Specialist.
