Greensprings School, an independent, non-partisan, day and boarding school for boys and girls is recruiting for a HR Officer.
We are in search of a proactive and competent HR Officer to assist the organization in achieving its business and people objectives and to support day-to-day HR operations. Recruitment, employee relations, and performance management will be managed by the ideal candidate, who will also guarantee adherence to HR policies and procedures.

About Greensprings School
The history of Greensprings School can be traced back to January 1985, when it was established as a Montessori school that provided nursery education to children between the ages of two and five.
The school was established in 1985 and has since experienced significant growth, becoming a premier institution that provides a top-tier education from the foundation stage to the post-secondary level.
We are of the opinion that providing a progressive education provides both parents and students with stability and continuity, thereby eliminating the inconvenience of having to switch institutions on a regular basis.
From our initial campus, which was located in the heart of the Lagos mainland and began with only three students, Greensprings School has experienced significant growth.
We have since established a state-of-the-art campus on the Lekki Peninsula and Ikoyi, which collectively accommodates over 2,500 students per session.
Since its inception, Greensprings School has been entirely self-sufficient. The Board of Governors is responsible for the strategic management and ultimate direction of the school, as well as the supervision of the Director of Education and the School Director.
Requirements
- Male candidate for gender balance
- A minimum of 3 years of HR experience
- Must hold a recognised HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must reside within or around the Ajah–Epe axis
- Experience in an educational setting is an added advantage
