Job Role
The Maintenance Planner is in charge of establishing and implementing the maintenance strategy for production lines, driving innovation and line improvement, and managing people and resources to maintain uncompromising safety, availability, and quality while reducing environmental effect.
Responsibilities of Maintenance Planner At Seven-Up Bottling Company
- Establishes, monitors, and strengthens control over maintenance strategy execution.
- Actively participates in organizing and coordinating the annual overhaul of production lines and facilities.
- Schedules normal maintenance tasks taking into mind the production program and monitors execution (using SAP as required).
- Performs root cause analysis on malfunctions.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of corrective activities utilizing all available data.
- Improves efficiencies by improving preventative maintenance throughout the facility, reducing breakdowns, and lowering mean time between failures.
- Optimizes spare parts and maintenance materials inventory management.
Eligibility Requirements
Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor of Engineering Degree (B.Eng.) or Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Good grasp and expertise with current WC production techniques.
- A solid understanding of HQSE modalities and codes.
- Excellent understanding of GMP and GHK (5S) standards.
- 3 years of hands-on bottling experience as a maintenance planner or technician.
- Previous experience with new equipment, line installation, or expansion may be advantageous.
