As a beneficiary of NAPEP, you will be paid monthly stipends at the end of every month .
Please note that NAPEP does not charge a fee for any step of the application. You only need to authenticate your National Identification Number NIN with NIMC (charges may apply). NAPEP disassociates itself from any fraudulent actions allegedly carried out in the name of the NAPEP and/or its officials, and strongly advises applicants to exercise caution and report any suspected fraudulent acts to local law enforcement authorities for appropriate action.

The National Poverty Eradication Programme (NAPEP) is dedicated to fostering diversity and promotes the submission of applications from all qualified candidates, regardless of their gender, disabilities, sexual orientation, culture, religious, or ethnic heritage. The NAPEP is accessible to Nigerians who are 18 years of age or older.
Eligibility Criteria for National Poverty Eradication Programme Application
- You must be a citizen of Nigeria to apply.
- You must have a national identity number (NIN) . You need to have a valid form of identification that includes your national identity number (NIN).
- Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration in order to participate.
- At the time of this application, you are required to have obtained at least O-Level (Ordinary Level), which is awarded as a component of the General Certificate of Education.
Selection Process for National Poverty Eradication Programme (NAPEP)
The selection procedure for NAPEP is as follows:
- Interested applicants should apply electronically via this site’s application page. Applications received through any other means will not be accepted.
- Applicants must carefully consider the selection criteria before commencing the application process. Only applicants who meet the minimum standards will be considered for the next steps in the selection process.
- All applicants who have shown an interest in the NAPEP program must submit and authenticate their National Identification Number (NIN) during the application process.
- The NAPEP management team will analyze all applications and create a long list that will advance to the next step before ultimate selection.
- Due to the expected high volume of applicants, only successful candidates will be contacted.

- Enter your email and password to sign up, after signing up, you will be asked to verify your email address, head on to your email inbox/spam folder to click on the verification link sent to you. (Click on confirm application button)

4. You will be redirected to a page where you will enter your complete details, and verify your NIN.
