Job Description

• The Benefits Management The minimum requirement for a b.sc Officer is the effective and efficient processing of all approved benefits applications to eligible clients, the effective and efficient execution of fund sponsors’ instructions, the timely and effective processing of monthly pensions to retirees, the timely and accurate rendition of periodic payment returns, and the prompt handling of other benefit-related requests. 
• The Benefits Officer is led by rigorous adherence to laws and regulations while guaranteeing the accuracy and timeliness of benefits payments and other associated deliverables. 
• They offer a transparent and fast benefit payment process. 
• The benefit management officer’s tasks include understanding the sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, strategies, and performance criteria.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a B.SC in any subject field.
• 2 years post NYSC experience and general knowledge of the pension industry would be an added advantage
