BASS 99.3 FM is a commercial radio station that is rapidly expanding and is situated in Osogbo, Osun State, Nigeria.
We have rapidly established ourselves as a cherished voice in the community since the commencement of our test transmissions in mid-2025, operating under the inspiring slogan, “Where Entertainment Meets Humanity.”
We are seeking On Air Personalities (OAPs) who are creative, charismatic, and effervescent to join our energized team and assist us in entertaining, informing, and connecting with our expanding audience.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Engage & Entertain: Host compelling live radio shows that captivate listeners with a perfect blend of music, talk, humor, and audience interaction.
- Content Creation: Develop creative and relatable content—from witty banter to thought-provoking discussions—that resonates with our diverse audience.
- Community Connection: Actively engage with listeners via social media, phone-ins, and on-ground events, building a loyal and interactive fan base.
- Brand Representation: Embody the station’s values and serve as a positive ambassador for BASS 99.3 FM at public appearances and events.
What We Are Looking For:
- Voice & Personality: A clear, engaging, and versatile voice with a magnetic on-air presence that naturally draws listeners in.
- Creativity: Ability to think on your feet, generate fresh ideas, and keep content exciting and relevant.
- Communication Skills: Excellent command of English and/or Yoruba, with strong conversational and interviewing skills.
- Technical Savvy: Basic understanding of radio broadcast equipment and audio editing software is an advantage.
- Relevant Experience: Previous experience as an OAP, voice-over artist, or in a related media/communication role is highly desirable.
- Education: A degree or diploma in Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory—passion and talent matter most!
