What You Will Be Doing:
- Teach Modern Tech: Deliver hands-on training in cutting-edge programming languages and frameworks including Python, JavaScript, React, Node.js, and Flutter.
- Practical Application: Facilitate real-world coding projects, immersive workshops, and collaborative lab sessions to ensure students gain industry-relevant experience.
- Mentor & Develop: Guide students through portfolio building, technical interview preparation, and professional certification paths.
- Stay Current: Continuously update the curriculum to reflect emerging tech trends, AI advancements (e.g., ChatGPT API, TensorFlow), and modern industry best practices.
What We Are Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in software development or instruction.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in web/mobile development, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
- Core Tech Stack: Solid knowledge of Python with Flask, building microservices with Spring, and software testing with JUnit 5.
- Bonus Skills: Familiarity with AI tools like LangChain or TensorFlow is a strong advantage.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring abilities, coupled with a genuine passion for teaching.
- Certifications: Certifications in AWS, Azure, Python, or Java are highly desirable. A solid grasp of computer science fundamentals is mandatory.
