Job Description
This program is designed to prepare young graduates with the abilities, knowledge and practical experience required to forge a successful career in the microfinance banking sector.
The selected applicants will be given comprehensive training and mentoring and will be exposed to the many areas of banking business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) or HND from a recognized institution
- Must have successfully completed the NYSC programme
- No prior work experience is required
- Fast learner with a strong willingness to learn and develop
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Positive attitude, integrity, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
