Job Role

Seven-Up Bottling Company is currently in the process of recruiting a Quality Assurance Manager who will be responsible for ensuring that the facility conforms to quality protocols and produces the highest quality product.

He/she will be accountable for the development of long-term sustainable practices and the communication of quality procedures to ensure the maintenance of a superior quality process.

Responsibilities of Quality Assurance Managers at Seven-Up Bottling Company

  • Ensure that the region follows to PCI standards and regulatory policies regarding good manufacturing practices.
  • Liaise with the PCI and government officials about product quality, procedure, packaging, and consumer contacts.
  • Provide management with timely and accurate reports on quality performance in the regions and across the trade.
  • Prepare a strategy program to ensure sustained product quality by regions.
  • Responsible for the successful completion of all quality assurance audits, including AIB, QAS, and GFIS.
  • Manage quality control activities to ensure products meet the company’s quality standards.
  • Identify and lead efforts to improve product/process quality and cost management in order to generate productivity improvements.
  • Conduct risk assessment analysis. Manage difficulties with non-conforming products to ensure effective control, limit losses, and give analysis to promote the elimination of future incidents.
  • Advice on how to comply with new government laws regarding quality and manufacturing activity.
  • Conduct regular surveys to enhance product quality and eliminate waste.
  • Maintain a regional database for plant and product performance.

Requirements for Quality Assurance Managers at Seven-Up Bottling Company

  • A Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Food Science and Technology.
  • Requirements for this position include at least 5 years of expertise in the CSD business, including 2 years of management in a quality control/assurance function in a food and beverage firm, as well as knowledge of bottling operations.
  • Operational planning expertise and experience
  • Good grasp and expertise with current WC production techniques.
  • A solid understanding of HQSE modalities and codes.
  • Excellent understanding of GMP and GHK (5S) standards.
  • Experienced with budgeting and people management.
  • Knowledge of bottling operations, including planning, manufacturing, quality, environment, engineering, health, and safety.
