The Role

  • As our Senior Administrative Associate, you’ll be the backbone of our clinic operations. You’ll make sure patients have a great experience from the moment they walk in. 
  • You’ll keep the facility running, the team coordinated, and the paperwork in order. If you like solving problems before they become problems, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Keep the clinic safe, clean, and fully operational every day
  • Manage staff schedules, attendance, and leave planning
  • Help patients book appointments and get the information they need on time
  • Plan and run health outreach programs and wellness events in the community
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and payments from corporate clients and vendors
  • Make sure all regulatory paperwork is filed correctly and on time
  • Train staff on digital tools and find ways to make processes faster and simpler

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations management in a service industry (healthcare, hospitality, or corporate services)
  • Direct experience working in a healthcare or clinic setting
  • Ability to use data to track performance and spot areas for improvement
  • Completed NYSC or have a certificate of exemption
  • Live within 10km of zone 6, 48 Yaounde St, Wuse, FCT

Nice to Have

  • Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems or clinic management software
  • Background in event coordination like corporate health talks or community outreaches
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance for health facilities (LAWMA, HEFAMAA, FIRS, LIRS)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well with different teams
