The Chi Farms Graduate Trainee Program rotation model ensures that trainees have experience in all sectors of the business and are assigned to the appropriate position for them.
The application period for the 2025 Chi Farms Graduate Trainee Program is now open, and all interested and qualified Nigerian graduates are invited.
The Graduate Trainee program intends to attract smart, young, extraordinary, and results-oriented university graduates to join the company in the following roles:
- Breeding Operations
- Broiler Production
- Veterinary Management
- Feed milling
- Sales (Day old Chicks, Fish Feed, Poultry Equipment, Aquaculture)
- Engineering
- Finance
- Chicken Processing
- Human Resources/Admin
As a graduate trainee with Chi Farms, you will receive mentorship from industry professionals, create key connections, and have a substantial impact on the West African chicken value chain through your work.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the Graduate Trainee Program, you must meet the following requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in agricultural management, veterinary medicine, food science, marketing, business administration, finance, accounting, computer science, mechanical/civil/electrical engineering, or a similar field of study.
- Minimum grade of Second-Class Upper Division from a recognized university.
- 0-2 years of related job experience.
- Excellent communication and presenting skills.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) apps
- Willingness to work at any of our sites inside and outside of Nigeria.
- Not older than 30 years by December 31st, 2024.
