About Oando Joint Venture

The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), which is the state-owned oil business, and Oando Plc, which is a leading energy company in Nigeria, have formed a strategic relationship that is known as the Oando Joint Venture.  

The upstream segment of the Nigerian oil and gas industry is where the joint venture is active within the business.   

The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and Oando Plc, which was originally known as Unipetrol Nigeria Plc, formed a partnership in 1991 and established the Oando Joint Venture.  

The exploration, production, and development of oil and gas assets in Nigeria are the primary focuses of the joint venture.   

Revenue is generated by the joint venture through the sale of various petroleum products, including crude oil, natural gas, and other petroleum products.  

The Oando Joint Venture is a key player in the oil and gas business in Nigeria. It has been in operation for a considerable amount of time and has a substantial production capacity.  

Requirements for 2025 Oando Joint Venture Graduate Acceleration Program (OGAP)

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geosciences, Business Administration, or Economics with a GPA of at least Second Class Upper (2.1).
  • Not more than 26 years old as of January 1, 2025.
  • Applicants must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program by April 2025.
  • Have no more than two (2) years’ work experience.
  • Received a minimum of five (5) B’s and two (2) C’s in WASC, SSCE, or GCE O-Level in a single sitting, including Mathematics and English Language.
