Job Description
An IT Support specialist’s major responsibility is to ensure that a company’s employees can use software and technology to fulfill their everyday activities.
Job responsibilities for IT Support (BENIN) at Eat ‘N’ Go Limited
- Responding to IT help requests from workers
- Answering employee inquiries about computer systems.
- Data collection and analysis for computer system diagnostics
- Changing configurations, settings, and permissions helps resolve computer issues.
- Generate sign-ins for new hires during the onboarding process.
- Installing new software and hardware drivers and upgrading existing ones when necessary.
- Updating employees about the status of their servicing requests
- Recording all service requests and updating tickets as appropriate.

- High-level understanding of commonly used software, hardware, and applications
- Strong oral communication abilities to acquire information from employees and explain difficult technical concepts in simple terms.
