Job Summary

• To effectively execute online and offline marketing campaigns, the Marketing Manager must have a creative and analytical mindset. 
• They will be in charge of developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives that raise brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and boost sales.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

Create and implement marketing strategies that correspond with business objectives.

Manage the implementation of both digital and conventional marketing strategies, such as social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and print advertising.

Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all mediums.

Create compelling marketing material for company collateral, websites, blogs, and social media.

Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to create effective marketing materials.

Sales & Lead Generation

• Create marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers. 
• Collaborate with the sales team to create sales-ready tools and messaging.
•  Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities. 
• Track and measure campaign effectiveness to provide insights and recommendations.

Project Management

• Manage several marketing projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality requirements are fulfilled.
• Manage creative production, which includes graphic design, video production, and web development.
• Maintain marketing reports, analyze results, and adjust plans accordingly.

Qualifications for Marketing Manager at Eat ‘N’ Go Limited

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or equivalent field. – 
• 5-7 years of professional marketing experience, including 3+ years of brand/product management in FMCG, retail, or hospitality.
• Extensive experience in digital marketing, direct response campaigns, and brand positioning. – 
• Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills. –
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools. – 
• Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
