Job Description
- We are currently in search of a Government and Civic Education Teacher who is both dedicated and impassioned about joining our educational institution in Benin City, Nigeria.
- You will be instrumental in the development of the minds of young learners and the promotion of their comprehension of current political issues, civic responsibilities, and government systems as a critical member of our faculty.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans that are consistent with the curricular standards for government and civic education.
- Develop a dynamic classroom climate that promotes critical thinking, debate, and active involvement.
- Teach kids about the different types of government, political procedures, and civic duties.
- Incorporate current events and real-world examples into classes to make the subject matter relevant and entertaining.
- Assess student progress using a number of ways, such as assessments, projects, and class engagement.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to improve overall educational experience.
- Organize and oversee educational field visits to government buildings and civic events.
- Keep precise records of students’ attendance, grades, and progress.

Qualifications
