In Zamfara State, the Federal University of Health Sciences and Technology Tsafe (FUHSATT) is a recently established Federal institution that is committed to the provision of specialized healthcare delivery, cutting-edge biomedical research, and excellence in health and medical technology education.
FUHSATT is a renowned center for the training of highly skilled medical professionals, medical technologists, engineers, biomedical scientists, and healthcare policy experts.
Basic Medical Sciences, Allied Health Sciences, Medical Technology, and Basic Sciences comprise the University’s four core faculties, which prioritize innovation, ethics, and impact.

Requirements & Qualifications
- ND, HND, Trade Test, SSCE, NECO, GCE O/L with relevant professional certification; ICT proficiency is an advantage.
- Good O/L results with credit passes.
Role Overview
This role offers a varied support at the University. The Academic and Lab Technologist/Assistant will provide key technical, logistical, clerical and operational support to a variety of academic departments and laboratories.
We are looking for a versatile person who can do a variety of tasks from lab preparation and maintenance of equipment through office administration and driving.
Benefits & Salary
The chosen candidate shall be put on the appropriate CONTISS (Consolidated Tertiary Institutions Salary Structure) Grade Level, based on qualification and experience, and other statutory benefits as applicable in the Federal University system.
