Job Description
Responsible for the planning, coordination, and control of efficient operation and maintenance, as well as the execution of all activities related to the design, modification, erection, and commissioning of plant equipment, as well as all technical labor management and administration.
Duties & Responsibilities
In charge of operations Taking care of all of the plant’s equipment.
- Controlling spare parts and materials to save money.
- In charge of operations that improve the plant.
- Hiring outside professionals to do work for you, as allowed by management.
- Technical Planning and Management of Human Resources.
- Make sure that ISO standards are followed.
- Any other tasks that the Plant Director gives you.
Eligibility Requirements For Chief General Manager Production
- BSc in Engineering or BEng.
- 25 plus years of pertinent experience.
- Skills of Plant Operation and Maintenance. (Most ideally a cement plant).
- Skills in Possess Management and Administration
- Great analytical skills and communication ability.
- Computer literate with mastery of MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
- SAP consciousness
