As part of the company’s ongoing business and expansion, Sweet Nation Foods Limited is looking for a diligent and experienced Fleet Officer to coordinate the daily operations, maintenance and compliance of the company’s vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
The Fleet Officer will perform the following duties:
- Ensure that all company drivers comply with the organisation’s Fleet Vehicle Use Policy and relevant Nigerian traffic regulations.
- Maintain an updated register of all company vehicles, including vehicle documentation, insurance policies, and licensing status.
- Coordinate vehicle allocation for Van Sales Representatives, Sales and Merchandising teams, and farm operations.
- Support driver recruitment, onboarding, and periodic performance evaluations.
- Maintain accurate records of fleet expenses, maintenance costs, and other vehicle-related expenditures for Management reporting.
- Schedule and monitor routine vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repairs to ensure that all vehicles remain roadworthy.
- Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle mileage, and usage records across different operational routes.
- Liaise with external vendors, mechanics, and insurance providers regarding vehicle maintenance and other fleet-related issues.
- Investigate and report vehicle incidents, accidents, and breaches of company fleet policies.
- Ensure effective utilisation of company vehicles while minimising unnecessary operating and maintenance costs.
Requirements and Qualifications
Interested candidates are expected to possess the following qualifications and experience:
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Transport Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or any other related field.
- Minimum of three years’ relevant experience in fleet management, logistics, or transport management.
- Experience in the FMCG or food production industry will be an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge of vehicle maintenance scheduling and fleet documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other record-keeping tools.
- A valid driver’s licence.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian road traffic regulations.
- Ability to travel when required.

Salary and Benefits
Successful candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from:
₦200,000 – ₦250,000
