Key Responsibilities
The Zonal Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within the assigned territory and ensure the achievement of the company’s sales and distribution objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving market penetration, product availability and brand visibility across the assigned zone.
- Managing and strengthening relationships with distributors to improve sales performance and distribution efficiency.
- Ensuring the effective implementation of trade promotions and other sales initiatives.
- Monitoring sales performance, market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Leading, coaching and managing regional and area sales teams to improve productivity and performance.
- Developing and implementing effective sales and distribution strategies to support business growth.
- Driving the achievement of zonal sales targets, revenue growth and overall business objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess relevant academic and professional qualifications and meet the following experience requirement:
- Relevant educational or professional qualifications.
- Between 5 and 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience appropriate to sales management and the responsibilities of the position.
Candidates with relevant sales experience and the ability to drive business growth, manage distributor relationships and lead sales teams are encouraged to apply.
