Job Role
- Oversees the day-to-day operations of franchise locations to guarantee operational efficiency, customer happiness, and profitability.
- Identifies and develops new franchise opportunities within the region. Ensures the financial and operational performance of franchise outlets throughout the region.
Responsibilities for Franchise Manager At Berger Paints Nigeria Plc
- Develops and implements business strategies for expanding franchise operations, generating leads, driving growth, and continually looking for ways to increase customer satisfaction.
- To determine eligibility, conduct interviews with potential franchisees and examine applications.
- Recruits new franchisees based on their financial resources, business expertise, and personal attributes, and assists with the formulation of a business plan.
- Creates and implements training programs for new franchisees.
- Creates key performance indicators (KPIs) for franchisees to track business performance and customer satisfaction.
- Develops and oversees the implementation of franchise standard operating procedures, processes, and manuals to ensure compliance with franchise agreements, company standards, values, and business ethics.
- Troubleshoots and gives supervisory help to resolve business issues as needed.
- Noncompliance occurrences are recorded and compliance measures are implemented for franchisees; franchisees are promptly notified of noncompliance or breaches.
- Manages product inventory for franchise stores and ensures rapid refilling as needed.
- Ensures that franchisees’ monthly rebates are handled and made available within 7 days of the current month.
- Ensures that the company’s tools and assets are properly maintained and preserved in good condition.
- Review financial statements to ensure franchisees are fulfilling financial and operational performance targets.
- Collaborates with the marketing team to build promotional campaigns for new products and services, ensuring efficacy in improving brand recognition and sales in the region.
- Reviews contracts, executes renewals, and enforces license requirements.
- Monthly business and competitive assessments, as well as projections, are used to analyze the health of franchise outlets.

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or Business Management from a reputable and accredited university.
- A Master’s degree is an added advantage
