Job Summary

  • We are now looking for a motivated and proactive HR Administrator to support our human resources responsibilities, including recruitment, training, and employee engagement. 
  • The ideal applicant should be passionate about creating a healthy workplace culture, promoting employee growth, and bridging the gap between employees and HR leadership.

Job Description

  • Responsible for crew recruitment, which includes doing preliminary screening, offering tests, and sending out interview invitations.
  • Schedule and facilitate job previews, pre-employment medicals, and background checks as needed.
  • Plan and execute new employee orientation and onboarding programs to facilitate a smooth transfer into the organization.
  • Assist with training coordination, which includes organizing and coordinating employee training sessions.
  •  Implement and help with in-house training programs to promote ongoing staff growth.
  • Work with the Learning and Development team to implement structured training and development programs.
  • Monitor and report training attendance and post-training feedback for program evaluation.
  • Implement staff appreciation programs at the shop and regional levels to honor employee accomplishments.
  • Schedule frequent staff engagement visits to identify and resolve employee needs and issues.
  • Promote a customer-centric culture for internal and external customers at the shop and regional levels.
  • Encourage and promote participation in employee surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions to improve job satisfaction.
  • Serve as a liaison between store-level employees and the HR Center at headquarters, ensuring that employee problems are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Contribute to the development of employee incentive programs and recognition activities.
  • Keep correct employee records and follow HR policies and procedures.
  • Help to improve the Employee Value Proposition through unique engagement efforts.

Education / Certification / Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or comparable subject.
  • At least 4 years of experience in human resources, preferably focusing on recruitment, training, or employee engagement.
  • CIPM certification is mandatory.
  •  Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  •  Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  •  Knowledge, skills, and attributes are required.
  •  Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage numerous priorities concurrently.
  •  Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to meeting staff requirements.
  •  Demonstrates high professionalism, honesty and confidentiality.
  •  Ability to create a collaborative and inclusive work atmosphere.
