Applications are invited from suitable young Nigerians for an intense 12-month Technical Skills Training Programme in 2026, by the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) and the Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA) in partnership with Nigerian Breweries Plc.
The programme is designed to provide Nigerian graduates with practical, hands-on technical and entrepreneurial skills in high demand within the manufacturing and supply chain industries.
Participants will get to combine classroom training at the Supply Chain Academy in Ibadan with practical attachments at Nigerian Breweries sites nationwide, gaining vital industry experience.

OBJECTIVES
This programme aims at training and equipping youths with entrepreneurial skills in the above trade areas and promoting public-private Sector Model in Vocational / Technical Skills Training.

The 2026 ITF-NECA Technical Skills Programme offers five specialized training tracks across three main categories :
Mechatronics Stream

About The ITF-NECA Technical Skills Development Programme 2026
The programme is entirely non-residential, with training at the Supply Chain Academy of Nigerian Breweries Plc located in Ibadan and attachment in any of our Brewery Locations in Lagos, Aba, Ibadan, Enugu, Ota, Ijebu Ode and Kaduna.
Admitted candidates will enjoy free tuition fee, Lunch, Stipend to offset transportation cost and Free Medicals.
This programme does not confer Nigerian Breweries employee status on the trainees.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants are required to possess the following qualifications, among others:
· Credit in English Language, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry
· Higher National Diploma in any of the following (For Mechatronics – Packaging, Brewing & Utilities Operations and Corrective Maintenance): Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Physics, Instrument Engineering or Computer Engineering, with a minimum of Lower credit from recognized and accredited institutions.
· Higher National Diploma in any of the following (For
Quality and Logistics Operations): Chemical Engineering, Biological and Physical Sciences, Food Science Tech, Laboratory Science, Applied Physics, Computer Science, with a minimum of Lower credit from recognized and accredited institutions.
· Must have completed NYSC as of the time of this advertisement.
· Must have completed the AI Fluency Course on International Organization of Employers (IOE) Learning Platform-
