Role Summary:
St. Saviour’s School Ikoyi is seeking an experienced and strategic Fundraising Program Manager to oversee and organize fundraising activities for the School Endowment Fund. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise within the NGO, nonprofit, development or social impact sector with a proven capacity to promote donor engagement and build sustainable connections with individuals, institutions and corporate organisations .
Main objectives:
- Focus on fundraising to strengthen the school’s endowment fund.
- Develop ties with current and prospective funders, alumni and community partners.

Qualifications:

2. HR & Marketing Assistant

Role Summary:
The HR & Marketing Assistant will work closely with the HR Manager to provide effective, proactive administrative support across both HR and marketing functions .
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update all HR records accurately and efficiently .
- Update the HR database with new starter details, training records, and absence information .
- Support the recruitment process and pre-employment checks for new staff .
- Assist with editing the school’s prospectus and marketing brochures .

3. Swimming Coach / Assistant Swimming Coach
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Experience: 2–3 years
Role Summary:
The Swimming Coach is responsible for the overall delivery of swimming as part of the school’s curriculum to pupils from Reception class to Year 6. The coach will work with children across all ability levels—from beginners to advanced swimmers .
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct swimming lessons and training programs .
- Identify pupils’ abilities and deliver sessions appropriate to each level .
- Develop tailored training programs to improve endurance, speed, and technique .
- Ensure safety standards are met and enforce pool rules .

The Design & Technology Teacher is responsible for maximising the academic progress of students, working with colleagues to participate fully in the development of the department .

- Assess, monitor, record, and report on pupil progress and achievement .
- Set high expectations that inspire, motivate, and challenge pupils .

Qualifications:

- Qualified Teacher Status .
- PGCE will be an advantage .

Role Summary:
The School Nurse will support staff and pupils on all health care matters, establishing healthcare plans and ensuring a safe environment for the school community .
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and establish healthcare plans, policies, and protocols .
- Oversee health screening procedures including vision, hearing, BMI, and hygiene checks .
- Manage medication administration, immunizations, and communicable diseases .
- Maintain records of all treatments and provide monthly reports to school management .
- Ensure First Aid boxes are stocked and in good working order .
- Provide health-related education to students and staff .
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and RN license .
- Minimum of 3 years clinical care experience .
