Position Summary
The E-Commerce Operations Officer will be responsible for the accurate and efficient processing and preparation of customer orders. He/she will also do quality checks on incoming and existing products, and monitor inventory levels to ensure accurate stock records.
The ideal applicant can process orders correctly, maintain inventory records and create a seamless shopping experience for customers.
The work also includes taking basic pictures and films of products, packaging and order preparation operations for accountability and occasional marketing objectives. If you have an eye for detail and care about operational excellence this is the role for you
Key Responsibilities
As the E-Commerce Operations Officer, you will be expected to :
- Process and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products.
- Package and dispatch orders in a timely manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- Coordinate with logistics and delivery partners when required.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and products.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
- Capture basic photos and videos of products, packaging, and order fulfilment processes.
- Support operational efficiency by maintaining organized inventory and workspace records.
- Assist with other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Requirements

| Experience | Previous experience in customer service, inventory management, retail operations, or e-commerce is an advantage |

| Communication | Good communication and customer service skills |
| Technical Skills | Must be computer literate and proficient in basic digital tools |
| Location | Must reside in Ikeja or nearby areas (Ikeja, Maryland, Ogba, Allen, Opebi, Magodo, Ojodu, Ketu, Agege) |
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of social media, smartphone photography, and videography is an added advantage .
