Job Description
As a Junior IT Support officer at The Place, your responsibilities will include:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Keeping up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company
- Setting up accounts for new users (Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Dynamics NAV)
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technology

Qualifications

- 1 year of basic experience in IT support or a related field
- OND in Computer Science
- Knowledge of Microsoft Navision is a plus
