About and Role Purpose
Rollin Technologies are seeking a commercially motivated Retail Sales & Online Store Assistant to turn walk-ins and online inquiries into sales.
We are seeking a successful applicant with good customer service and sales ability, combined with practical support for our online store and basic social media engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create simple product videos and promotional designs using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
- Respond promptly and professionally to social media and online enquiries, follow up prospects, and convert enquiries into orders
- Upload and update product images, descriptions, prices, and availability on the online store
- Attend to walk-in customers, understand their needs, recommend suitable products, and close sales
- Maintain accurate product and customer information and escalate issues when necessary
- Process customer orders accurately and keep customers updated through the sales process
- Support social media posting, messages, comments, and customer engagement
- Support day-to-day retail and online sales activities as required
What We Are Looking For
- Strong sales ability, confidence, and a customer-first approach
- Willingness and ability to work Monday–Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., with Saturdays on rotation
- Ability to create a simple social media post, product design, or short product video (advanced design/video skills are not required)
- Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail when updating product information
- Clear communication and the ability to understand customer needs and recommend products persuasively
- Good organisation, follow-through, and ability to work independently
- Reasonable proximity to the Ikeja store and a reliable plan for commuting
- Experience handling customer enquiries, follow-ups, and order processing
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 per month.
